1. Who this service is for
International clients seeking medical or wellness travel to Vietnam — dental treatment, fertility and IVF care,
comprehensive health screening, and wellness or recovery stays.
2. Our role
Holi Wellness Travel is a travel and concierge facilitator. We arrange logistics and connect you
with licensed partner hospitals and clinics. We do not provide medical services, diagnosis or
treatment, and we do not guarantee any medical outcome. All medical decisions, procedures,
risks and results rest with the treating licensed medical provider. Always consult a qualified doctor about your
condition.
3. Regulatory limits we observe
Fertility care in Vietnam is governed by Vietnamese law. Holi does not arrange sex selection, surrogacy, or egg or
sperm donation for foreign guests. Where a request falls outside what Vietnamese law or a partner hospital permits, we
say so plainly rather than look for a way around it.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate health and travel information, including conditions and medication.
- Hold valid travel documents — a passport valid for at least six months and the appropriate visa.
- Follow the medical provider’s instructions and the requirements of the Vietnamese authorities.
Holi is not responsible for denial of entry or of treatment caused by invalid documents or undisclosed conditions.
5. Force majeure
Epidemics, natural events, flight changes or regulatory action may require itinerary changes. We will notify you and
propose reasonable alternatives.
